Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. We kindly request 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment(s). This allows us to offer that time slot to other clients.
•No-Call/No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notification, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
•Late Arrivals: We encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and we can not accommodate you, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
•Cancel within 24hours: We require 24hours notice to cancel or reschedule your service(s). Cancel within and card will be charged for 50% of service.
•House Calls will be subject to the same cancellation policy
